Paripesa Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

By accessing the Paripesa platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional policies referenced herein including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any sport or product-specific rules that may apply.

These Terms take effect from the moment you register an account with Paripesa and remain in effect for the duration of your use of the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party or as part of any commercial arrangement, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. Personal account use is the only use case Paripesa supports – third-party account operation is not permitted.

To register and use a Paripesa account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Paripesa is strictly an adult platform and access by minors is prohibited under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person – corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as players.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion programme or have a current self-exclusion in place with Paripesa.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• You must not have a prior account with Paripesa that was closed due to a terms violation.

Paripesa reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited into an ineligible account will be returned via the original payment method after verification, and any associated bonus or winnings will be forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Paripesa account. Registering multiple accounts – whether using the same details, different email addresses, or different payment methods – is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, Paripesa will close all associated accounts and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Paripesa will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Paripesa support immediately. We will temporarily freeze the account while the matter is investigated. Do not delay reporting suspected unauthorised access – the sooner we know, the faster we can act to protect your funds.

Paripesa reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point. This may include requesting copies of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. These checks are a standard part of responsible platform operation and are applied consistently across all accounts.

All transactions on Paripesa are processed in PKR. Paripesa supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes of the transaction being completed on the payment provider's side. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment method used and any technical delays outside Paripesa's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Paripesa applies this policy to maintain security and prevent money laundering. If the original deposit method is not available for withdrawal, an alternative method may be arranged through customer support subject to verification.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published in the Deposit section of the platform.
• Paripesa reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Funds deposited into your account must be used for genuine betting activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets may be flagged as suspicious activity.
• Paripesa does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All bets placed on Paripesa are subject to the specific rules governing the sport or market in question, in addition to these general Terms. Sport-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform and should be consulted before placing bets on unfamiliar markets.

A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from the platform. Bets that are not confirmed – for example, due to a connectivity issue, a price change, or a market suspension – are not valid. Paripesa is not liable for bets that fail to complete due to circumstances outside our control.

Key betting rules that apply across all sports and markets include the following:

• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds for that bet.
• Paripesa reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was made available in error, where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, or where the event outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Paripesa may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing.
• Combination and accumulator bets are subject to the same rules as individual bets. If one selection in an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated without that selection.
• Cricket markets, including PSL and T20 internationals, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, specific rules regarding settlement will apply.

Paripesa's decision on the settlement of any bet is final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute through customer support within 48 hours of settlement.

Paripesa offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, free bets, and event-specific promotions tied to fixtures such as PSL matches, T20 World Cup games, and major football tournaments.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus rules that apply across all Paripesa promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions will be stated within each promotion's terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the required timeframe will expire and be removed from your account.
• Certain games or betting markets may contribute at different rates towards the wagering requirement. Where applicable, contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Paripesa monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold related winnings, or close an account where bonus abuse is suspected – including low-risk staking patterns specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine betting engagement.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Paripesa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Paripesa Casino section includes live dealer games, slots, table games, and game show formats. All casino games are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to their respective game rules in addition to these Terms.

The following rules apply to all casino activity on Paripesa:

• Game outcomes in all slot and RNG (random number generator) table games are determined by certified random number generation systems. Results are independent and cannot be influenced by any player action outside of standard gameplay decisions.
• Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Technical disconnections during a live game will be handled in accordance with the specific game provider's disconnection policy, details of which are available within each game's information panel.

• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and bonus abuse.

• Sending relevant promotions and product updates where you have consented to receive such communications.

Paripesa does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Paripesa platform. Engagement in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or at any verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate odds, markets, or outcomes through any means including match-fixing, collusion, or the use of automated betting software.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known error must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's software, systems, or data.
• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated staking, multi-accounting, or any pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine betting engagement.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions processed through Paripesa.

Paripesa provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paripesa's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the preceding thirty days. Paripesa will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Losses caused by events outside Paripesa's reasonable control, including internet outages, device failure, or third-party payment provider errors.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.

Nothing in these Terms limits Paripesa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Paripesa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through a notice displayed on the platform or via the contact details registered to their account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Paripesa platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account.

Minor editorial changes, corrections, or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights may be made without specific notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
